OFF THE CHARTS: Culture Night at Coopers Cross
The newly launched International Centre for the Image celebrates Culture Night with a vibrant evening of exhibitions and events at Coopers Cross. Visitors are invited to explore Foreword, a major group exhibition featuring works by 17 Irish and international artists.
The exhibition will be accompanied by the following programme of events:
- 17:00 Exhibition ‘Foreword’, open all evening.
- 18:00-19:00 Artist Studio visits with Evanna Devine, Emma O’Brien, and Vera Ryklova
- 19:00-20:00 Exhibition tour
- 20:00-21:00 Mingling and refreshments.
Free entry and no need to book.
About Foreword
Foreword presents works by 17 artists brought together in conversation to underline the curatorial concerns that the new International Centre for the Image will be dedicated to: the critical role of the still and moving image in arts discourse and for contemporary society. Foreword includes several new works exhibited for the first time.
