About the Artist
Jenny Schäfer; born in 1985 in Kassel, studied at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg. Her fields of activity include practical research on the artist’s book using photography and digital everyday media, and the exploration of the photographic image in space and in the context of other pictorial materials. She also creates commissioned photographic portraits. Participation in numerous group and double exhibitions, publication of a variety of exhibition catalogues, artist’s book editions and experimental literature; Hamburger Literaturpreis 2021
