About the Artist
Constant Dullaart is a Dutch conceptual artist, media artist, internet artist, and curator whose work is deeply connected to the Internet. Within his practice, he reflects on the broad cultural and social effects of communication and image processing technologies while critically engaging the power structures of mega corporations that dramatically influence our worldview through the internet. His works were shown in MCA Chicago, Whitechapel Gallery London, Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt, Import Projects Berlin, Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, ZKM Karlsruhe, Victoria & Albert Museum London, and MAAT Lisbon. Dullaart has curated exhibitions and lectured at universities and academies throughout Europe.

About the Publisher
The collective Peeping Tom is an initiative from « I’m not a girl who misses much », a non-profit organization created by Caroline Niémant and Stéphane Blanc in 2006. Multidisciplinary and in constant transformation, its activity is shaped by intuitive mechanisms. The projects undertaken question above all notions of authorship, expertise and legitimacy. Without constraints of form and with a desire of non-specialization, the collective privileges the approach of an amateur. Each project is the occasion to experiment with a new methodology, while adhering to a philosophy of collaboration in the ensemble of its work. Concerned with being as accessible as possible, the collective makes visible its process of creation and the different stages of its projects. After a series of curatorial projects that privileged emerging artists, Peeping Tom became a publishing house in 2009, with the publication of a journal (Peeping Tom’s Digest) and a collection of artists’ books.
