About the Artist
Ciarán is an Assistant Lecturer in Photography and Performance on IADT’s BA Art programme. A graduate of IADT, NCAD, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, he is a Dublin-based live artist, writer, and spoken word performer whose work explores love, loss, sexuality, and the possibilities of hope through a queer personal lens. Blending elements of theatre, alternative cabaret, and performance art, Ciarán’s practice investigates the self through absurdity, comedy, pathos, and re-imagined memory, examining the fluidities and contradictions of identity, truth, and logic.
